Vitality House Opens in West Leederville

Design / Life

Vitality House – Australia’s first members-only cowork and wellness destination hub that brings work and life into balance – opened its doors in April this year.

Located in West Leederville, Vitality House offers exclusive members a unique combination of facilities and services to support life and work and the connection with a community of like-minded people. It reinvents the meaning of cowork – it is a place to create, nourish, move, recover and connect, backed by evidence-based strategies that put mental health and wellbeing of workers above anything else.

The upstairs cowork lounge is brought to life using a variety of colours to create a comfortable and inspiring vibe to work and collaborate in. The space includes a podcast recording studio, boardrooms, private sound-proof phone booths so as to not disturb others, and a cafe with a nutritious all-day menu that includes smoothies, elixirs and tonics.

Downstairs, the wellness lounge welcomes you with moody, comforting tones and ambient lighting, creating a calm and retreat-style experience. Highlights include a walk-in herbal medicine apothecary, wellness lounge with a naturopath, masseuse and skin professional, a private meditation room, three infrared saunas, ice baths, steam showers, unlimited meditation, yoga, pilates and breathwork classes, plus exclusive access to the movement and cardio fitness studio.
The House draws inspiration from Soho House in NYC and cost $3 million dollars to bring the  Co-Founders Amy Coleman and Remmy Roberts’ vision to life. The project team includes award-winning architects Iredale Pedersen Hook, interior designers State 28 and McCorkell Constructions
