Set in the heart of the enex precinct, the new pop-up will feature a limited collection that uses remnant and overstock fabrics to create unique and vibrant pieces.
The pop-up marks the launch of the Only at enex Fashion Series, which will feature a number of exclusive events, including styling sessions and trend forecasting, for fashion-forward shoppers get the hottest season looks from some of Perth’s leading stylists.
only one ashley creative director, Kate Watts, said the pandemic had a flow on effect for her Perth-based business, which resulted in an overstock of material in her studio.
“Specialising in event wear, only one ashley felt the repercussions on a life without special events. Like many fashion designers, we were left with countless rolls of divine fabrics, which we did not want to let go to waste. So, we decided to make the most out of the situation and make an exclusive new collection that specialises in repurposing the fabrics we had in addition to using additional sustainable fabrics.
“This collection, exclusive to our enex pop-up, is filled with a variety of patterns, colours and textures; using remnant fabrics to deliver unique pieces that are true show-stoppers,” said Watts.
Since the inception of only one ashley, Watts has dressed countless Australian celebrities and high profile personalities including Spicegirl Mel B, Caty Price, Francesca Cumani, Danni Shuey, Edwina Bartholomew, Jo-Beth Taylor and Lizzie Jelfs.
Part of the Only at enex Fashion Series, only one ashley’s pop-up will be open for a limited time at enex, 100 St Georges Terrace Perth, from Saturday 27 March. The Only at enex Fashion Series will run until 23 May 2021.
