The Shorehouse presents Seafood Splendour – a five course, share style celebration of splendid seafood, all paired with matching wines.

Guests can expect the freshest and highest quality local seafood, prepared with expert finesse by Shorehouse Head Chef, Jason Walker, all served against the spectacular coastal backdrop of the revered Swanbourne venue.

Matching wines paired by Kailis Hospitality Group Sommelier, Nina Throsby, will enhance the delicate seafood flavours for an exceptional dining experience. All topped off with a delicious dessert finale by Pastry Chef, Ella Saleeba.
